General Conditions and Fee

Confidentiality

As a psychotherapist and clinical and health psychologist, I am bound to confidentiality, i.e. no one will know that you are undergoing psychotherapy with me and, of course, no one will know what you entrust to me.

Fee

My fee is

per session (50 min.) € 120,-
for one and a half session (75 min.) € 180,-
for a double session (120 min.) € 240,-

Initial Meeting

I take my time for the initial meeting (50 min.) to advise you in detail, clarify your concerns and wishes with you and provide you with one or another tool that supports you in your everyday life and helps you to stabilize yourself. Therefore, I charge my usual fee for the initial consultation (see above).

Shorter initial telephone calls are free of charge. Shorter telephone calls between therapy sessions are part of my support and are therefore included in my fee. For telephone calls lasting longer than 15 minutes I charge a pro rata fee.

It is a matter of concern to me to offer psychotherapeutic support to people with low income. That is why I always have a few places at a reduced fee. Please do not hesitate to ask me for a free place.

Reimbursement by your health insurance company

With a medical referral (and the indication of a reason for psychotherapy) and a form that we fill out together, you can apply to your health insurance company for a partial refund of the therapy costs. Currently the ÖGK reimburses € 31,50 per unit (50 min.), BVA € 46,60 and SVS € 45,-.

Some supplementary insurances – depending on the contract – cover the remaining amount.

Financing after accidents or crimes

If psychotherapy is necessary due to an accident in which you have been injured by someone else, the opposing insurance company should cover the therapy costs or reimburse them in full or to a certain extent.

If psychotherapy is necessary due to the consequences of a crime, the Sozialministeriumservice or the Weißer Ring will cover the remaining costs (after reimbursement by your health insurance company) or at least part of the therapy costs. However, this requires a complaint to be made.

Cancellation of appointments

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please cancel it at least 24 hours in advance. As I keep the time free for you, I will charge for appointments that are not canceled or canceled at short notice.
