Personal matters
I love being in nature and being active, e.g. hiking, running or swimming. I enjoy doing yoga, dancing and going to the theater, concerts and opera. I am interested in politics and social issues as well as art, music and literature. Since I was young, I have been looking for spiritual deepening, and so I have come to know many different spiritual paths. I feel specially connected to Christian mysticism and the shamanic teachings and practices of Central and South America. For me, it is always about living in and from the connection with a greater force, from my heart and in inner freedom.
