Trauma Therapy Compact

Trauma Therapy Compact – clear, focused, compassionate, and individually tailored

You may have already experienced therapeutic approaches in which the processes felt difficult to grasp or progress became visible only slowly and with great effort. With Trauma Therapy Compact, I would like to offer you an alternative that can enable noticeable change within a clearly defined framework.

In my many years of supporting people affected by trauma, a compact trauma‑therapeutic approach has proven to be particularly effective and efficient.

Trauma Therapy Compact spans a period of 8–10 weeks. During this time, we work in a focused, structured way and with a clear therapeutic aim. Depending on your current situation and your individual needs, we can:

  • work exclusively on your stabilization, self‑strengthening, and self‑determination. With a variety of individually tailored tools, you can learn to regulate yourself and thus gain self‑efficacy, inner strength, and autonomy.
  • combine the improvement of your stabilization and self‑strengthening with the processing of one or several traumatic experiences.
  • or – if you are already sufficiently stable – work specifically on individual traumatic experiences.

The intervals between sessions are arranged flexibly within this clear framework and adapted to your needs.

Why Trauma Therapy Compact?

After more than twenty years of trauma‑therapeutic work and many intensive long‑term processes, I have seen how valuable clarity, focus, and a well‑structured therapeutic framework are for successful change.

Many people with traumatic experiences long for a targeted form of support that enables them to gain stability and experience initial relief within a relatively short period of time.

Trauma Therapy Compact offers a clear, intensive, and focused process over the course of 8–10 weeks. During this time, we work directly on your most important themes – whether on your stabilization and self‑strengthening, for example to better manage dissociation or flashbacks and thereby regain quality of life, or on the focused processing of individual traumatic experiences using established methods such as EMDR, Brainspotting, or Somatic Experiencing® to facilitate relief.

I have consciously chosen this compact approach because, in my experience, it can offer many people noticeable relief as well as improved stability, self‑strengthening, and autonomy within a relatively short time.

In addition, this format allows me to accompany you with my full presence and energy, as well as with a high degree of commitment, responsibility, and sensitivity.

Who this offering is suitable for

Trauma Therapy Compact is suitable for you if you

  • wish to achieve targeted and comprehensive stabilization, self‑strengthening, and improved self‑regulation within a manageable period of time – for example, to better cope with dissociation or panic attacks,
  • would like to combine improved stability with the processing of individual traumatic experiences,
  • already have sufficient stability and would like to work on one or several traumatic experiences within a clear, time‑defined framework,
  • and if you would like to work in a focused, active, self‑directed, and time‑limited way toward feeling better.

This format offers a clear structure within a reliable therapeutic framework. The process remains well‑organized yet deep‑acting. We focus on what is essential and work together in a solution‑oriented, resource‑oriented, and self‑strengthening way.
