Holistic Trauma Therapy
Your Path Toward a More Self‑Determined Life – Welcome
If you have found your way here, you may have experienced something overwhelming, threatening, or deeply distressing – perhaps once, perhaps repeatedly, recently or long ago – and you may still feel its impact today.
Traumatic experiences can leave us feeling burdened, desperate, helpless, or powerless. It may seem as if we are not fully present, or as if we are cut off from others or even from ourselves. You may notice ongoing inner tension or restlessness, difficulty calming down, or a tendency to become easily irritated, angry, or startled. Or you may suffer from flashbacks, panic attacks, or anxiety.
All of these reactions are normal responses to traumatic experiences. They show how your system is trying to cope with what happened and to find a path back to stability, safety, and a sense of normalcy.
Together Toward Greater Inner Freedom
I would be glad to accompany you for part of your journey toward greater inner freedom and self‑determination. It is close to my heart to support you in feeling more stable, safer, and more at ease within yourself again.
For more than 20 years, I have been supporting people affected by trauma in a clear and empathetic way, with strong presence and deep commitment – and in a manner that has proven helpful and relieving over many years.
I primarily work in the format Trauma Therapy Compact – a clearly structured process of up to 12 weeks that has increasingly shown itself to be particularly efficient and effective throughout my long-standing practice.
Depending on your individual needs, we may begin – or focus entirely – on strengthening your stability and self-empowerment. This helps you learn to regulate yourself in your everyday life, so that you can manage, e.g., inner tension, dissociation, or flashbacks more effectively, and feel more stable and grounded. Or we may work directly with specific traumatic experiences using well‑established methods such as EMDR, Brainspotting, or Somatic Experiencing® to support meaningful relief.
In my experience, with your active, self‑directed participation, my professional expertise, and a wide range of stabilizing and empowering tools, a noticeable improvement in your stability and quality of life is often possible within three months.
Welcome to my trauma practice. I look forward to accompanying you for part of your journey – with clarity, presence, empathy and commitment.
I accompany you in my office, online and by phone.
Unortunately, I do not have any free capacities in the forseeeable future. Therfore, I´d like to refer you to oent.at. Best wishes!

Trauma therapy
The events and circumstances that can traumatize us are very diverse, such as accidents, physical, sexual or psychological violence, experiences of loss, medical interventions or serious illnesses. However, it is often everyday, unnoticed and “quiete” events that were traumatizing for us – especially in our childhood.
Self-strengthening and empowerment are at the heart of any trauma treatment; by strengthening and expanding your resources, as well as numerous exercises that can alleviate your symptoms, you will gradually gain inner stability and quality of life. With the help of trauma-specific methods such as EMDR and Somatic Experiencing®, we can process your traumatic experiences.
In this way, the experiences you have made gradually lose its weight, its consequences diminish or dissolve and you can feel whole again and live self-determined.
Crisis intervention
Sometimes events occur in our lives that shake us and pull the rug out from under our feet.
I am glad to accompany you in and through such difficult times of life. I support you in orienting in the here and now and finding your way back to life.
I am there for you in acute crisis situations.
Trauma Training
For over twenty years, I have been giving lectures and trainings in various contexts and for various target groups on psychological traumatization and in particular on sexual violence/sexual abuse as well as physical and psychological violence.
For a long time, stabilization and empowerment in trauma treatment and empowerment and self-strengthening in general have been close to my heart.
My trainings and workshops are aimed at members of all professional groups who work with traumatized people or want to learn more about trauma.
They can be credited as further training for psychologists and psychotherapists as well as members of various other professional groups.
